Many families live under a repeated cycle of hardship, barrenness, untimely death, or poverty. These patterns are often the result of evil foundations or ancestral sins. But God’s mercy can rewrite the family story. Rahab’s family was marked for destruction, but by mercy, they were preserved and brought into the lineage of Christ. Mephibosheth’s family was marked by disgrace, but mercy lifted him to eat at the king’s table. When God shows mercy, your family record is rewritten from generational curses to generational blessings. As you pray today, ask the Lord to show mercy to your family and rewrite the story with His glory.

1.     Father, thank You for the power of mercy that rewrites destinies.

2.     Lord, show mercy to my family and break every evil pattern in our lineage.

7.     Father, let my children and descendants walk in generational blessings.

8.     By Your mercy, let honor and glory be the testimony of my family.
