A Prayer When You’ve Forgotten

A Prayer When You’ve Forgotten

Bible Verse: “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.” – John 3:17

Exhortation (What, Why, How):

  • What: John 3:17 reminds us that God’s mission through Christ is not condemnation but salvation. When we forget this truth, we may live under unnecessary guilt, fear, or feelings of unworthiness.
  • Why: Remembering this verse gives us assurance of God’s love and grace. It frees us from shame and helps us walk boldly in our identity as children of God.
  • How: By daily meditating on God’s Word, praying for a renewed mind, and resting in Christ’s finished work on the cross, we can hold fast to this truth and live in freedom.

God’s Expectation:
God expects us to live with confidence in His love, not under condemnation. He desires that we embrace His salvation and extend the same grace to others.
