Matthew 25:1-10
"1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened
unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the
bridegroom.
2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no
oil with them:
4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their
lamps.
5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and
slept.
6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the
bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.
7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their
lamps.
8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your
oil; for our lamps are gone out.
9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be
not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for
yourselves.
10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came;
and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was
shut.” Matthew 25:1-10
We thank God for giving us the grace to witness the end of
this remarkable year that shock the entire world with COVID-19. Despite the
odds and challenges around the world, yet the serious-minded and spiritually
loaded Christians scale through, overcome and triumph both spiritually,
financially, and other related. The testimonies we receive from our
subscribers’ proof that people experience uncommon restoration of the lost
glory as God promised us at the beginning of this year.
People that follow our Daily Prayer Bombs are living in

bombs have to understand the principles of prayer that God answers. Sometimes,
the answer comes slowly, while in some cases comes fast and very urgent.
What happens at midnight on December, 31st/January 1st?
Our Bible reading for this year storm the gate of the new
year told us about ten virgins where five are wise and the other five are
foolish because of their preparedness for the awaiting Bridegroom. However, the
incident happens at midnight, and the door was shut. Those that are outside
could not enter. That’s the practical scenario of what usually happening every
year at midnight of December 31/January 1st.
Midnight of every December 31st/January 1st is the time when
doors [gates] are spiritually shut against people in the realm of the spirit,
and also a time when doors of the new year are open for people. That’s what
happened to both the foolish and the wise virgins in our Bible reading.
The virgins that the doors were shut against are not fully
prepared to enter the house when the bridegroom comes. They went to buy oil to
fill their lamps.
“And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and
they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.”
Matthew 25:10
The foolish virgins went to buy oil when others are eagerly
waiting for the business of the day. What is your plan for the last hours of
this year? Do you plan to be in the presence of God, praying for the unlimited
open door of greatness in the new year? Or you plan to stay indoors with a
concubine, girlfriend, or man friend? Mind you, the choice you make in the last
hours of the year determines your achievement in the year. Be wise!
Why did doors shut against people at Midnight?
The door of the new year can shut against people in the
spirit of the realm because of ignorance. The Bible says, “My people are
perished because of lack of knowledge” Hosea 4:6.
Millions of people are ignorant to the fact that midnight is
a time when the door shut against people or open for people. The fact that you
are physically entering New Year doesn’t mean you are entering it in the
spiritual realm. The gate or door stands as an entry point to every city or
town.
I could remember when I have travelled to a station some
years ago, the very day I go to submit my transfer letter, as the motor is
about to enter the town, just a kilometer, I saw a vision of a big gate and
very wide indeed, suddenly, the gate just open, and our motor just pass. I just
wake up from my sleep. I was surprised and confuse, but I did not say anything.
Later, when I went to the mountain for prayer in preparation to relocate to the
new station, God told me that the door of the town where I’m going to pastoring
is open unto me. And that’s the vision I saw on the day I went to submit my
transfer letter. Let me tell you this; every town, city, or village has a gate
[that's entry point], and it is either it shut against or open against.
Beloved, the truth is that, if the spiritual door or gate of
a New Year is not open for you, there is no way you can accomplish good things
in the year. It is a pity that the midnight when the people of God should be
prepare, war, and fight against any hindrances, the same hour many will be
parading around restaurants, nightlife, parties, molesting themselves with
immorality, drunkenness, smoking, etc.
Let me ask you a question, how many prophecies of success,
blessing, greatness, and prosperity that many people are usually receiving at
the beginning of every year come to fulfillment? Even you, how many of the
prophecies come to pass in your life? It didn’t come to pass because the gate
of the year shut against you spiritually.
Jesus Christ affirms that,
“Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall
find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that
seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.” Matthew 7:7-8
Please take note of the words very well: “and to him
that knocketh it shall be opened.” This means, it doesn’t matter who
you are, ONLY those that knock on the gate it shall OPEN for them.
The reason why many cannot accomplish good things or fulfill
their goals in the New Year is that they did not storm the gate of the year
with spiritual weapons. Besides, the Bible reveals that “invisible horsemen are setting
themselves in array at the gate" Isaiah 22:7.
These are the invisible forces assigned to steal, kill and
destroy people’s blessing, glory, success, promotion, destiny, business, ideal,
goals, health, marriage, finances, ministry, breakthrough, etc. Their
assignment is to accomplish the work of their father – the devil. John 10:10a.
Secondly, when
some are busy with worldliness, and other related, the satanic kingdom are
cries against the people success, financial breakthrough as well as promotion,
blessing, employment, etc. The kingdom of darkness operating against the
people’s visions, goals, destinies through the bloodiness of their families,
raising curses and spells. So also they cage and hold many destinies captivity,
such people will be struggling and struggling throughout the year without any
positive achievement. What a terrible tragedy against people's destiny!
Thirdly, at the
gate or entrance to a city or town, many things happen which include a place
where the transaction is made and seal up, decisions are established, honour
and blessing are bestowed, disagreements are settled, judgment and decision are
pronounce, as well as raising curses as a punishment for the offender. All
these and other related issues are made at the gate of the city.
In Acts 12:10, it is revealed that the gate leading to the
city was opened for Peter and his angel.
“When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the
iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord:
and they went out, and passed on through one street, and forthwith the angel
departed from him.”
The gate of the New Year must open for every child of God as
it happened to Peter. But remember, the gate did not open without
responsibility. The church earnestly prays without ceasing unto God for Peter.
“Peter, therefore, was kept in prison: but prayer was made without
ceasing of the church unto God for him.” Acts 12:5
The secret key is prayer without ceasing. The gate cannot
shut against the people that commit to prayers. The gate of the New Year must
open for the saints that crying unto God without ceasing. Matthew 7:7.
Let me share another shocking story with you. In Acts
chapter 3, it is recorded that there is a man born lame from his mother's womb
and only laid daily at the gate of the Beautiful temple. The only thing he can
do is collecting arms from the people. He continues with this situation for
many years. Sitting at the gate never enter into the Beautiful temple.
“And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they
laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of
them that entered into the temple; Who seeing Peter and John about to go into
the temple asked alms.” Acts 3:2-3
This man is a practical
example of how many people are living every year – sitting at the gate of the
year asking for alms. Physically, they will enter the new year, but spiritually
they live at the gate of the year for 12 months. Their work is alms, begging
for food from January to December, borrowing, and in debt from year to years.
The day he was delivered from his condition, he enters the Beautiful temple
rejoicing and praising God. When you enter the new year with the gate opens,
surely you will rejoice through the year for wonderful things that will happen
in your life, marriage, business, and ministry.
What can you do now?
Surrender your life
to Jesus Christ. Matthew 11:28. This is the starting point for a new
journey. You must have a cordial and genuine relationship with Jesus Christ,
walk in His way and direction.
Confess your sins
unto Him and live a holy life. “Draw nigh
to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and
purify your hearts, ye double minded.” James 4:8
Speak against the
Close Gate. As a child of God, you are authorizing to stand and speak
against anything that can hinder, stop, resist, or war against you. James 4:7,
1 Peter 5:8-9
“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee
from you.” James 4:7
In Psalm 24, we see how a voice was raised against the closed
gates and everlasting doors.
"Lift up your head, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting
doors; and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD
strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O ye gates;
even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory."

- Father, let your light decorate me with sufficient manifestation of your glory, in the name of Jesus.
- My angels, I commanded you to work for my favour in the name of Jesus.
