7 Then Herod, when he had privily called the wise men, inquired of them diligently what time the star appeared.

8 And he sent them to Bethlehem, and said, Go and search diligently for the young child; and when ye have found him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship him also.

9 When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was.

10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.

11 And when they have come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.

12 And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way.”

Every time there is a celebration, the enemy desires to take in charge. When Jesus was born, there is an evil agenda to cut shut His life. But with God's intervention, the evil was terminated. There is no doubt that, as we are preparing for this year's Christmas, a lot of evil is planning by the enemies to make this celebration a sad mood for people, however, with God on our side, their evil will not be prospering.

Many people die when they are preparing for celebrations either birthday, Christmas, and New Year. While numerous are injured as a result of the evil plan against them. if wicked people can plan to attacked Jesus Christ during His birth, mind you, no one is exempted to be attacked by the enemies, unless God intervening. “…In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

Beloved, we are in a generation when evil is increasing on daily basis. In the Africa continent, evil is highly celebrated among those in power. The security is meaningless, provision of amenities for people is useless, sleeping, and close your two eyes is no longer happening because of the fear of evil people. There is nothing you can do other than to come back to Jesus Christ in holiness, faithfulness, and depend on Him for your safety, protection, and provisions.

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28
