Burkina Faso is one of the countries that planned to held their election this year. General elections are scheduled to be held in Burkina Faso on 22 November 2020 to elect the President and National Assembly. The country was known in colonial times as Upper Volta, Burkina Faso means 'Land of the Honourable People. Burkinabes are known as among the most honest folk in Africa, and it is the country that has arguably the world's best place names.

We need to offer prayers for them so that the election can be peaceful and end with the plan and purpose of God. It is good for us and the citizen of Burkina Faso to offer prayers unto God so that they will NOT make a wrong choice like other nations. Remember, make a wrong choice cannot be reversed in this kind of election. That’s why it is good and mandatory for you to pray for them, and for the Burkinabe to pray these prayers so that any plan of evil during and after the elections will not happen.

It is noted that most of the African nations have serious challenges on elections, and in most cases, it results in violence that leads to the loss of lives and properties. As Christians, we are commanded to pray for our nations, leaders, and the people around us.
