 OVERCOMING ADDICTION TO PORNOGRAPHY

 

Bible Reading: 2 Samuel 11:2-4

“2 And it came to pass in an evening tide, that David arose from off his bed, and walked upon the roof of the king's house: and from the roof, he saw a woman washing herself; and the woman was very beautiful to look upon.

3 And David sent and inquired after the woman. And one said, Is not this Bath-sheba, the daughter of Eliam, the wife of Uriah the Hittite?

4 And David sent messengers and took her, and she came in unto him, and he lay with her; for she was purified from her uncleanness: and she returned unto her house.” 2 Samuel 11:2-4

Addiction to pornography is now a general issue in which countless youth, male and female have been victims. Numerous people both adults and young have ended their life in destruction as a result of pornography.

Pornography is the lustful images, the sinful movies and video games filled with half-naked and naked women, the vulgar song lyrics that promote or glorify premarital sex, and books, articles, magazine, or blogs that you read supporting or promoting the premarital sex and other immorality that can pollute the minds directly or indirectly.

Pornography is one of the fastest and easiest tools that Satan and his coworkers are using to destroy lives, pollutes eyes, destroy the mind, and weaken the soul. Many marriages have been scattered while numerous spouses have been hijacked from the owner as a result of the pornographic issue. It is a demonic means to destroy real relationships with the opposite sex.

King David is one of the Bible personnel that is a victim of pornography. On a terrible day for King David, when he was walking upon the roof of his house, he saw the naked of a woman, and immediately he has lust with her. This action led to a great disaster for king David.

“And it came to pass in an evening tide, that David arose from off his bed, and walked upon the roof of the king's house: and from the roof, he saw a woman washing herself; and the woman was very beautiful to look upon. And David sent and inquired after the woman. And one said, Is not this Bath-sheba, the daughter of Eliam, the wife of Uriah the Hittite? And David sent messengers, and took her, and she came in unto him, and he lay with her; for she was purified from her uncleanness: and she returned unto her house.” 2 Samuel 11:2-4

The action of King David with the woman led to another sin to another sin and another sin. Beloved, the sin of pornography leads to more sin and sadly this is the sin that many won’t let go until it ends in destruction. Pornography is a thief of glory, a killer of destiny, it can kill you spiritually, mentally, and physically. It is enormously poisonous. That’s why you must be serious with these prayer bombs.

“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever.” 1 John 2:15-17

Are you a victim of pornography? Or your wife or husband or child is a victim? You’re addicting lust? Mind you, God will set him or her free. Firstly, surrender your life unto Jesus Christ. Secondly, repent of your sins. Confess all your sins. Thirdly, wash your heart with the blood of Jesus. Fourthly, don’t watch any pornographic movies or images or listen to a song that will pollute your mind. Fifthly, meditate, and study your Bible every day. Sixthly, power your daily living with fasting and prayers. As well as go for total deliverance. Lastly, walking in holiness and flee away evil deeds.

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.” Proverbs 3:5-8

OVERCOMING ADDICTION TO PORNOGRAPHY PRAYER BOMBS

1.      Father, I dedicate my heart unto in the name of Jesus.

2.      I confess all my sins unto you O Lord, forgive me and wash me clean with the precious blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.

3.      Father, plant your words in my heart, in the name of Jesus.

4.      Father, let your Holy Spirit dwell in me richly, in the name of Jesus.

5.      By the power in the name of Jesus, I’m delivered from the bondage of pornography.

6.      By the power in the blood of Jesus, I’m delivered from the bondage of pornography, in the name of Jesus.

7.      By the power in the blood of Jesus, I’m delivered from the bondage of lust and the flesh, in the name of Jesus.

8.      By the power in the blood of Jesus, I’m delivered from the captivity of sinful desires, in the name of Jesus.

9.      By the power in the blood of Jesus, my pictures are delivered from the bondage of satanic kingdom, in the name of Jesus.

10.  By the power in the blood of Jesus, my eyes are delivered from the bondage of pornography, in the name of Jesus.

11.  By the power in the blood of Jesus, my legs are delivered from the bondage of pornography, in the name of Jesus.

12.  By the power in the blood of Jesus, my hands are delivered from the bondage of pornography, in the name of Jesus.

13.  Father, deliver me from the force of pornographic, in the name of Jesus.

14.  By fire by thunder, Father, separate me from the pornography agents that I have a relationship with, in the name of Jesus.

15.  My Father and my Lord delivered me from every association that I involve directly or indirectly that makes me having lust and passion for immorality, in the name of Jesus.

16.  By the power in the blood of Jesus, I break every covenant of pornography with my life, in the name of Jesus.

17.  By the power in the blood of Jesus, I break every covenant of pornography with my images, in the name of Jesus.

18.  By the power in the blood of Jesus, I break every covenant of pornography with my eyes, legs, hands, and my body, in the name of Jesus.

19.  My Father and my Lord, break every covenant of pornography with ex-women in my life, in the name of Jesus.

20.  Father, terminated every relationship that I have with strange man/women from the sea, in the name of Jesus.

21.  Father, terminated every relationship that I have with ladies or boys that enslaved me with immorality, in the name of Jesus.

22.  My Father, and my Saviour, I cannot save or free myself from the addiction to pornography, arise for my salvation, deliver from an addiction to pornography, in the name of Jesus.

23.  By fire by thunder, I destroy the yoke of pornography in my life, in the name of Jesus.
